We specialise in events for children aged 1 to 5 years old.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking your event at least one month in advance to ensure availability. However, we always strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Can I customise the play equipment and party supplies according to my child’s preferences?

Absolutely! We thrive on creating personalized experiences. During the booking process, we’ll discuss your child’s interests and preferences to select the perfect equipment and supplies for your event.

What safety measures do you have in place for your soft play equipment?

Our equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to meet the highest safety standards. We also provide safety instructions and guidelines for all our equipment.

What happens if the equipment gets damaged during the event?

In the case of minor damages, these are generally covered in the hire cost. For major damages, additional charges may apply. We advise all our clients to supervise play to avoid any such issues.

How long is the equipment rental period?

Our standard rental period is for the duration of the event. However, we can arrange extended hire periods if necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?

What does the hire charge cover?

The daily hire charge covers using our bespoke soft play equipment, party supplies, and toys for the duration of your event. This also includes delivery, setup, and pick-up.

Do you deliver, set up, and pick up the equipment?

Yes. Our service includes delivery, professional setup, and equipment pick-up to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Do you have a physical location where I can see the equipment and supplies?

We operate primarily online but provide detailed photos and descriptions of all our equipment upon request.

What areas do you service?

We currently service the entire city of Bristol, Bath and its surrounding suburbs. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re unsure whether we cover your area.

Do you provide staff for supervision during the event?

Currently, we provide the equipment and setup but do not provide supervisory staff. We recommend adult supervision for all activities involving our equipment.

Are your services suitable for indoor and outdoor events?

Yes, our equipment may be suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, certain weather conditions may affect outdoor use.
